**Pay Rate:**

**What you'll be doing as a Floral Designer:**
+ Making Flower Arrangements: Designing bouquets and other floral displays
+ Choosing Flowers: Picking fresh flowers and plants that fit the design
+ Talking to Clients: Understanding what the client wants and helping them pick the best flowers
+ Caring for Flowers: Keeping flowers fresh and healthy
+ Setting Up and Delivering: Delivering and arranging flowers at events or locations
+ Cleaning and Organizing: Keeping the workspace neat and stocked with supplies
**Available shifts:**
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)
**Job requirements:**
+ Creativity: A good eye for design and color
+ Flower Knowledge: Understanding different flowers and how to care for them
+ Customer Service: Being friendly and helpful when working with clients
+ Experience: Previous work in a flower shop or training is helpful
+ Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift arrangements
+ Time Management: Able to meet deadlines, especially for events
+ Need experience in a flower shop
