Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team! As a key member of the HR department, you will report to the VP of HR and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. In this role, you will help foster a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance with employment laws, and take charge of employee development while aligning HR strategies with the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives and support long-term growth.
Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and selection of top talent. Develop effective onboarding programs that enhance employee retention. You will actively participate in recruitment efforts, conduct interviews, and engage with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and management. Address employee concerns, foster a positive work environment, mediate conflicts, and help facilitate resolutions.
Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems that promote employee growth and align with organizational goals. Provide guidance on performance evaluations and feedback processes.
Training and Development: Identify areas for training and development, and create programs that enhance employee skills. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and personal development.
Employee Benefits Programs: Oversee and coordinate employee benefits programs, ensuring employees receive the support they need.
Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures to keep everyone informed and aligned.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Use HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, providing data-driven insights. Prepare regular reports for senior management on HR trends and key issues.
Special Projects: Take on special projects as required by management to support organizational goals and growth.
Education & Experience:
College degree preferred
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR/SPHR certification
Experience in change management and organizational development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
10+ years of experience in Human Resources and supervision in organizations with over 100 employees
