Project Manager

Description:

Blue Sky seeks experienced Business Data Analysts responsible for working on various projects, filling in for other departments, updating documentation, performing administrative tasks, managing multiple projects, providing timely follow-ups, maintaining records, entering data, and updating the contact database.
Conduct research to support project needs, including data collection, validation, and synthesis. Analyze data sets using Excel and provide clear documentation of findings. Create and maintain spreadsheets to track, manage, and organize research data.
Work collaboratively with team members to support data-driven decision-making. Assist with ad hoc data tasks and administrative support related to research projects. Provide monthly results reports.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions and work independently.
Located in or eligible under HubZone requirements.
Background in Business Administration, Government, Public Policy, or similar fields is highly desired.
Experience with data entry, data cleaning, or working with structured data is preferred.
Familiarity with basic data visualization or reporting tools is a plus.
No certifications required, but Excel or data analytics certifications are a plus.
Current enrollment in or recent completion of an Associate's degree in Business, Government, Public Administration, or a related field.
Must be able to commit to a part-time schedule and be eligible under HubZone requirements.
Familiarity with academic or institutional research processes.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, tables).
