As a Senior Logistics Analyst your role will be to execute logistics plans for the delivery and distribution of finished products and ensure product arrives complete, on time and in a cost effective manner. You will also maintain appropriate records, prepare reports and coordinate logistics activities with internal and external customers.
Providing frontline support for daily logistics operations, resolving issues and ensuring on time delivery of products.
Participating in development and implementation of logistics plans affecting the delivery and distribution of finished products.
Identifying and analyzing root causes of issues and working with logistics partners to develop solutions and performance improvement measures.
Cultivating relationships with other departments to understand their customers needs and propose ideas to exceed expectations..
Documenting and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as needed
Maintaining department shipment data and records, running monthly report, identifying trends and opportunities for cost savings.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Demonstrated experience supporting domestic and international import and export procedures.
Well-developed knowledge of ERP systems like SAP.
Well-developed ability to meet deadlines and organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, detail oriented.
Solid knowledge of the principles of transportation logistics
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to communicate and interact with diverse groups of people.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comprehensive experience with Microsoft office suite of products, Google Applications, and other software associated with assigned work.

Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location.
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or related field, or equivalent education and experience
Three years experience in global logistics, transportation or supply chain or related field
