If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Amazon. Job Summary The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment activities, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding new hires. This role involves conducting interviews, checking references, extending job offers, and overseeing the orientation process for new employees. Additionally, the position requires handling exit interviews and managing changes in employee status. The successful candidate should possess a bachelor's degree along with 5-8 years of relevant experience in the field or a related area. Familiarity with various HR concepts, practices, and procedures is essential for this role. The individual must demonstrate strong judgment, creativity, and leadership skills to effectively plan and achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities - Recruit potential candidates through various channels
- Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Check references and perform background checks on potential employees
- Extend job offers to the selected candidates
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation sessions
- Manage exit interviews and process changes in employee status
- Provide guidance and support to other team members as needed
Skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in recruiting or a related area
- Experience with technical recruitment
