Job Description

Salary: $105,000 - 149,000 per year Requirements:

  • I possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and expertise.
  • I have at least 8 years of experience in developing and executing change management plans.
  • Ideally, I have 10 years of experience in a change management role, especially with leading change planning for an SAP S/4HANA implementation or upgrade, and/or exposure to finance transformation.
  • I hold a certification in Prosci’s Change Management program (or an equivalent) and have a strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
  • I have been actively involved in conducting training needs assessments and overseeing the design and deployment of training to support change adoption.
  • I possess a solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • I have previous experience working within a program management or transformation office.
  • I am proficient with project management tools such as MS Office Suite (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), Smartsheet, and Jira.
  • I have excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • I have experience influencing individuals at various levels within the organization toward common goals.
Responsibilities:
  • I will work autonomously to develop and implement the change management plan for our SAP S/4HANA program, closely collaborating with program leadership to ensure alignment on the approach.
  • I will lead change risk assessments and assess the organizational impact while tailoring change management plans (including training and coaching) to meet the diverse needs of impacted stakeholders.
  • I will define and measure the success of changes within the program and create engagement and communication strategies to ensure all employees are informed of upcoming changes.
  • I will oversee the assessment of training needs and develop a training plan that caters to each stakeholder group, ensuring employees are equipped with knowledge of future processes and practices.
  • I will monitor the overall progress of change management needs, track issues, and report on them as part of project status updates.
  • I will evaluate business readiness and guide the organization through GO | No-Go sessions.
  • I will partner with the project manager to facilitate lessons learned and recommend actions as needed.
  • I will coach the program team and business stakeholders on change management concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • I will identify and cultivate change advocates within the stakeholder community to foster understanding and encourage successful change.
  • I will regularly assess the stakeholder community for potential change fatigue and build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels to ensure trust and collaboration.
  • I will drive continuous improvement and efficiencies beyond my primary responsibilities.

We are seeking a Change Management Consultant to join our Corporate Functions Program Management Office. This role involves leading the planning and implementation of a change management strategy for a significant program aimed at transitioning our existing SAP R3 platform to the SAP S/4HANA platform. This transformative initiative will enhance our corporate finance processes by introducing a modern, event-based financial system.
