Title: SAP SD/LE/Billing Consultant
Location: Travel to Bismarck, ND

Functional SME (LE/SD/Billing) The Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) provides deep process knowledge and business context related to Sales & Distribution (SD), Billing, and Logistics Execution (LE) processes within the client's SAP S/4HANA system. Location: Bismarck. ND

Extensive functional experience (10+ years) with SAP LE and SD, Billing, modules, preferably in an S/4HANA environment.\	Must Have	4
Deep understanding of the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and/or Delivery/Shipment processes.	Must Have	4
Strong knowledge of SAP Output Determination configuration (Condition Technique - NAST and/or BRF+ based Output Management in S/4HANA).	Must Have	4
Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and functional specification documentation.	Must Have	4
Experience participating in testing cycles (Integration Testing, UAT) for SAP implementations or enhancements.	Must Have	4
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex business processes clearly.	Must Have	4
Familiarity with the client's specific business processes and system configuration is highly advantageous.	Must Have	4
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical consultants and business users.	Must Have	4
Validate the BRF+ rule designs proposed by the BRF+ Lead Consultant against business requirements and process realities.	Must Have	4

Key Responsibilities:
Provide detailed explanations of the current-state business processes for generating and distributing Bills of Lading and Invoices.
Explain the existing logic (configuration, custom code) used for output determination in SD, Billing, and LE modules.
Actively participate in workshops to define and document the detailed business rules
Assist in identifying relevant data sources and fields within S/4HANA needed as input for the BRF+ rules.
Support the project team in creating realistic test scenarios that cover various business conditions for BoL and Invoice output.
Participate actively in Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), executing test scripts and validating that the output generated via BRF+ rules meets business expectations.
Help identify and articulate any gaps or issues found during testing from a functional process perspective.
Act as a liaison between the project implementation team and the relevant business departments (e.g., Sales, Logistics, Finance).
