Job Brief

The Waterproofing Estimator will play a critical role in accurately estimating the cost and scope of waterproofing projects. You will work closely with clients and project managers to evaluate project requirements, conduct site surveys, and prepare comprehensive estimates that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project requirements and objectives in collaboration with clients and project managers.
• Able to analyze and understand project drawings, specifications, and relevant documentation to determine the scope of work.
• Prepare detailed estimates, including material quantities, labor costs, and project timelines using industry-specific software and tools.
• Research market prices for materials and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective estimates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration between estimation and project execution.
• Present estimates to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to waterproofing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least two (2) years of related experience in Waterproofing Estimation is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with estimation software and tools.
