Position: Group Product Manager
Description:
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Group Product Manager to spearhead the development and growth of our air pollution intelligence group of products. The ideal candidate will be a startup person with a proven track record in taking successful products to market, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and shaping product strategy for high-growth, self-reinforcing business models.
You will build out the product roadmap, ensure market fit, and drive product adoption across stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and communities. You will define and execute product strategies, making product management a core organizational strength.
Key responsibilities include: - Informing and executing product strategy for air pollution intelligence solutions
- Refining scalable business models
- Conducting market and competitive research
- Engaging with agencies and community organizations
- Ensuring compliance and upholding standards of user-centricity
- Fostering a culture of experimentation and data-driven validation
- Promoting collaboration and supporting innovative business model development
- Working cross-functionally on pricing and revenue generation models
- Crafting and monitoring product goals and performance metrics
- Shepherding products to market-readiness
- Creating and implementing productivity processes
- Continuously aligning efforts with KPIs and business objectives
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in product management , preferably with startup experience.
MBA preferred.
Experience managing multiple products from ideation through launch and iteration at a SaaS company; experience with data intelligence platforms is a plus.
Proven experience developing products with strong market fit, particularly in complex industries or markets with different user and buyer groups.
Strong business acumen with the ability to define and drive profitable business models.
Expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing products through the full lifecycle.
Demonstrated success in go-to-market strategy, positioning, pricing, and customer acquisition.
Skills needed include repeatable product launch and iteration successes, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication (technical and non-technical), high energy, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Full-time position only, with a salary range of $160,000 - $180,000 + equity + benefits (for SF Bay Area, NYC, LA, Boston, Chicago, DC, or Seattle metro regions). Salary is region- and experience-dependent.
